Does our company have to pay for the machine?

Not a dime.
The machine is provided to your business at absolutely no cost. Not only do we deliver and install it for free, but we also handle all the restocking, maintenance, and service — completely hassle-free.

Who stocks the machine?

We do — and we keep it in the family.
As a family-owned and operated business, we personally handle all restocking, monitoring, and service. Our machines are checked and refilled as often as needed to ensure they’re always fresh, clean, and fully stocked.

Every operator is highly trained and committed to delivering the kind of reliable, top-quality service that’s often missing from traditional vending companies. As local residents in your community, we take pride in offering healthy, convenient options to your employees, guests, and customers — backed by a level of service that feels personal, because it is.

Can our company choose the products that go into the machine?

Absolutely.
We believe personalization is key. Your company can be directly involved in choosing the products that are offered. We start by stocking the machine with a curated selection of the most popular healthy items in the area.

From there, we’ll work with you to review what’s working, discuss your preferences, and adjust the selections based on feedback. We want to make sure the products reflect the tastes and needs of your employees, guests, or customers.

We may even offer free product sampling events to help your team discover new favorites!

How often is the machine stocked?

Your machine is monitored closely — in real time. Each machine is equipped with wireless remote monitoring technology, so we always know when products are running low.

On average, machines are typically restocked once a week. However, if your location has higher demand, we’ll happily adjust and set up a more frequent service schedule to make sure it’s always full and ready.

When the machine needs product, we show up. Simple as that.

What training have you received?

We’ve completed extensive training in every aspect of vending management — including machine operation and maintenance, nutritional guidelines, product management, and inventory control.

But most importantly, our focus is on exceptional customer service. Our priority is to serve you and the patrons of the machine with a level of care that stands out.

You’ll always have our direct contact information. We place a business card and a service label with our local contact details right on the machine, so reaching us is easy anytime you need assistance.

How many machines can you provide to our business – more than one?

Yes — if the demand is there.
The number of machines we can provide depends on a few factors. First, we’ll evaluate your foot traffic and daily usage. We’ll also consider whether there are existing vending machines at your location and how that may impact demand.

If there’s enough volume to support additional machines, we’re more than happy to provide more. Larger spaces like schools, colleges, busy businesses, and sports complexes often qualify for multiple machines.

Our goal is to make sure every machine is well-stocked, well-used, and providing real value to your customers, employees, or guests.

What types of healthy products will be stocked in the machines?

Our machines are stocked with national name-brand healthy products — the same trusted brands you’ll find at places like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and other natural grocers.

Many of these items have gone mainstream and are now available in traditional grocery stores and even convenience stores. Our goal is to offer products that are not only healthier alternatives but also taste great and are customer favorites.

You can expect a variety of options like:

  • Protein-packed snacks

  • Low-sugar beverages

  • Gluten-free, organic, or vegan choices

  • Better-for-you chips, bars, drinks, and more

We’re committed to offering products people love — while helping them make smarter choices.

If we have a contract with another vendor, can we still receive a healthy vending machine?

In many cases, yes.
It depends on the terms of your existing contract. Most vending contracts are exclusive to traditional snack and drink products — like sodas, candy bars, and chips (e.g., Coke, Snickers, etc.). In those cases, our machines typically don’t conflict because we focus on healthier, alternative products.

We can work with you to create a customized menu of non-competing items that complement, rather than compete with, what’s already being offered.

The truth is, while many vending companies claim to offer healthier options, very few actually deliver. HealthyBite specializes in providing genuine, better-for-you snacks and drinks — that’s our entire focus.

Do we have to sign an agreement?

Yes — but it’s simple and straightforward.
We ask that you sign a basic agreement that outlines the relationship between your location and HealthyBite Vending — simply to ensure that everyone is comfortable and clear on expectations.

This agreement has no long-term commitment. It simply states that we are responsible for delivering, stocking, servicing, and maintaining the machine. It protects both sides and ensures you receive the reliable service you deserve — without any pressure or obligation to commit long-term.
